Snipe Stroganoff




Snipe Stroganoff for two

8 Snipe Breasts deboned
1/2 cup Red Wine
8 oz sour cream
Salt & Pepper
Montreal Steak seasoning
1/2 cup Egg Noodles cooked as to directions
1 tablespoon Oil

1. Cook noodles keep warm
2. Put Montreal Steak seasoning on deboned Snipe breasts and set aside
3. Heat oil in nonstick skillet to just before it smokes
4. Add breasts, cooking each side until brown
5. Turn down heat and add wine to de-glaze the skillet
6. Add sour cream, stir, and season to taste, with salt and pepper
7. Add noodles, toss and and serve
