Roasted Wood Duck And Stuffing
It can't get much easier than this. You will need one wood duck per person, plucked with skin on. Stuff with your favorite bread stuffing or cheat and use a boxed stuffing mix. My stuffing had onions, celery, and carrots. If you like your onions and celery soft saute them together before adding them to your stuffing mixture. After the wood duck has been stuffed brush it with olive oil. Add salt and pepper according to preference, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
